We’re taking the WA Government to court over Woodside’s climate-wrecking gas project.

The Friends of Australian Rock Art have launched legal proceedings in the WA Supreme Court to challenge the WA Government’s approval of Woodside’s North West Shelf extension — one of the most polluting fossil fuel projects in the world.

The WA Government has failed to protect Western Australia’s environment from a climate crisis that’s already damaging the ancient heritage landscape on Murujuga — through sea level rise, wildfires, and coastal erosion.

We urgently need your help to fund this challenge. Every dollar will go directly towards legal costs in this critical Supreme Court case.
